SL-003 Self-Leveling Sealant is a single component, self-leveling, premium-grade polyurethane sealant with an accelerated curing capacity used to seal gaps, joints and cracks.

∎ Указания по использованию

● Cleaning:The substrate surface must be solid, dry and be clean.Such as no dust, grease, asphalt, tar, paint, wax, rust, water repellent,

curing agent, isolating agent and film. Surface cleaning can be dealt with by removing, cutting, grinding, cleaning, blowing, and so on.

● Operation:Put the sealant into the operating tool,then injecting it into the gap.

● Reservation gap:The construction joint will expand as the temperature change,so the surface of the sealant should be lower than 2mm

of the pavement after construction.

● About maintenance time: At the standard state, the maintenance time is about 5 hours. It depends on the actual construction conditions.

The standard state is that the temperature is 23±2℃,and the humidity is 55 ± 5%RH.

● Operation Methods: Because the packing is different, the construction methods and tools are slightly different. The specific construction method.

∎ Внимание при эксплуатации

● Не смешивайте спирт с продуктом, это приведет к его недействительности. Нельзя использовать инструменты со спиртом до хорошей очистки.

● Избегайте попадания в глаза и на кожу. При попадании на кожу сначала очистите ее мыльной водой или спиртом, затем промойте водой. При попадании в глаза

● Запрещается строить на поверхности влажной подложки.

●Транспортировка: Избегайте сырости, высокой температуры, изоляции и дождя, вдали от тепла, обращайтесь с осторожностью и запретите столкновение экструзии.

● Очистка инструмента: Его можно замочить в толуоле или ксилоле. Категорически запрещается погружать в спирт и другие спиртовые растворители.Если он не используется

в течение длительного времени, его следует немедленно очистить спиртом или другими органическими растворителями. Затвердевший клей можно только соскоблить или оторвать.

∎ Транспорт и хранение

● Транспортировка: Храните запечатанный продукт вдали от влаги, солнца, высокой температуры и избегайте столкновений.

● Хранение: Храните запечатанный продукт в сухом прохладном месте.

● Температура хранения: 5~25℃. Влажность: ≤50%RH.

●Картридж и колбаса: 9 мес. Ведро/барабан: 6 месяцев.

Примечание: Если температура выше 40 ℃ или влажность выше 80%RH, срок годности может быть короче.
